Building Hours

Regular building hours are from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Outside regular hours, the building is locked down by a security control system with access card readers at all building entrances.  Entrance to the building after-hours is restricted to tenants with access cards and tenant guests escorted by a tenant access cardholder.  Access cards are also needed after-hours to operate the elevators.
 
If an individual locks himself or herself out of the building after-hours, they must call their manager for access. Because Building Management does not always know an individual’s employment status, it cannot be responsible for providing access. This policy protects tenants from employees that have recently been terminated that might try to access the property.

Keys

Each tenant receives, free of charge, at least one set of keys to their suite.  Additional keys are available at a charge of $5.00 per key.  Please allow one business day for cutting new keys.  

Access Cards

Access cards will be issued when requested by an authorized representative of the tenant.  Access card requests are done via the Angus Anywhere service request system (which is web based).  Please allow one working day for issue of new cards.
 
The building security system is only as protective as tenants allow!  Please remember the following:
  • When an individual is no longer employed, please notify the management office to either transfer their card to another individual or cancel the card if it wasn’t returned by the employee.
  • Lost cards should be reported to the management office immediately so they can be deactivated.  There is a $15.00 replacement fee for lost cards.
  • Access cards should only be issued to employees who require after-hours access.
  • Issuing access cards to outside vendors is strongly discouraged. Building management must approve any access cards issued to vendors.
Do not allow unidentified individuals to “piggy back” off your access card when entering the building.

Climate Control

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) is provided during Ordinary Business Hours.  Ordinary Business Hours as outlined in the Lease are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and (upon request) Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.  If the temperature within your space seems too hot or cold, please notify the building engineer via the Angus Anywhere service request system.  An engineer will receive this information and will be dispatched to investigate and correct any issues. 
     
 If HVAC is required outside of Ordinary Business Hours, an authorized tenant representative must make a written request to the management office by noon on the day HVAC is required or by noon on Friday if the after-hours HVAC is needed for a Saturday or Sunday.  The current rate is $75.00 per hour. Charges will be for full hour increments.

Smoking Areas

Waterview Two is a tobacco-free and smoke-free building.  All forms of smoking, tobacco use, and unregulated nicotine products are prohibited inside the building. The building does not have a designated smoking area.

Parking

Surface parking is provided on all sides of the building.  Paid reserved covered parking is available on a limited basis at the west end of the building.  Authorized reserved parkers receive hangtags to display on their vehicles.  Unauthorized parking in Reserved Parking, Loading Zones and Handicapped spaces could result in ticketing and towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
